Putting numbers behind a scoring framework
Rosica is a strategic PR and marketing firm with a proprietary framework — the Thought Leadership Matrix — for evaluating how effectively brands and executives establish authority in their field. The framework needed rigorous statistical backing to support its use in client work and external publication.
I led the market research and modeling side of that validation — designing the analyses, defining regression models, and tying the results back to the framework's scoring logic.
What I did
- Designed and ran market research on social media signals tied to thought leadership
- Defined regression models that quantify the relationships between content patterns, engagement, and perceived authority
- Statistically validated the Thought Leadership Matrix — testing each component for predictive value
- Translated the statistical work into plain-language findings the Rosica team can use with clients
Outcome
The Thought Leadership Matrix now has empirical support behind every axis it scores on — giving Rosica a defensible, data-backed framework to use in pitches, reports, and published research.
